Simtel/vendors/djgpp/v2gnu/mak373b.zip, only works with DPMI installed,
for instance: Simtel/vendors/djgpp/v2misc/csdpmi1b.zip

OR: Simtel/vendors/djgpp/v1gnu/mak371bn.zip & mak371dc.zip
needs go32 to work.
