When I run OEMACS in a DOS window from Windows 3.11 my mouse starts having
problems. It will only move vertically for a while, but sporadically it
will work fine.
I haven't done anything beyond the basic install and playing with the
_emacs
file some, like copying things from my Unix .emacs. I don't understand all
the configuration issues with native vs ANSI mode, etc., but suspect that's
where the problem may lie.
Thanks for any help.
