Yeah, that's my problem. Right now the best reliable connection I can get is
9600, and at that rate, it takes hours to download anything useful. FYI, it
was the Slackware version that I saw.
Anybody know anything about a program called FreeBSD? VA Tech supposedly
requires it for all their computer science students, and I have heard that it
is really crappy. Can you folks give me any hints, especially about what kind
of C facilities it has?
