I am trying to install djgpp and its associated tools on a 486 with 12M 
of memory. What am I to make of the fact that gzip just hangs the system 
when I run it? I seem to have CWSDPMI installed, and I can't think where 
to look for more clues. There's no message or anything. Everything just 
grinds to a painful halt.

Does anyone have an idea?
