Some DPMI hosts won't allow you to set segment limit to -1. The only
cure is to switch to another DPMI host, but even this might be a useless
piece of advice to your users, since typically such DPMI servers are the
*only* available ones in that particular environment. An example is the
DOSEmu DOS emulator which runs on Linux systems.
