The Cephes library is available via anonymous FTP. It has integration.
You might also examine the book: "Numerical Recipies in C". It has a
companion disk. Integration and differentiation routines are included.
Symbolic manipulation is harder. I'd buy a package like Mathematica,
Maple, Mathcad etc.
