The DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq102.zip from the same place you get
DJGPP) has this to offer:
22.9 Q: I want to use DJGPP as a cross-compiler for Motorola 68K targets.
How should I proceed about this?
A: What you need is DJGPP configured as host=i386-go32, and
target=m68k-coff. This has been done already: look at
ftp.lysator.liu.se, directory /pub/msdos/gnu/gcc-dos-m68k. The
binaries there are based on GCC 2.6.0.
