Yes,

I have written an IDE for DJGPP with my port of Turbo Vision from
Borland ( http://www.tu-chemnitz.de/~rho/ftp/tv_djgpp.zip ).

This week I will post my IDE ( Gamma-Version ). This IDE works like
Borlands but at this time without a debugger (will be done in the
future.
