I heard that this might be a bug with Windows 95, but then why > is my dos file manager (Norton Commander v2) able to read the file's > size when this program cannot? I don't understand. Please help. Get djlsr200.zip cd src/libc/posix/sys/stat gcc -O2 -DTEST stat.c -o stat.exe stat 0 filename_on_net_drive Check results. Please debug a bit (add a printf or two, play with gdb/fsdb) and let us know what you find. We can't debug these things without a similar system. BTW, LFN=n by default in beta 5 - are you using an old djgpp.env? Is it trying to use long names or short names when this fails?
