All I ask is that you provide a *pointer* to djgpp, not the whole
package itself.

If you are putting your product on CD-ROM, you *may* include all of
djgpp on it if you wish, but you don't have to.

Of course, this doesn't negate any reason why you might fall under
other copyright restrictions, like the GPL (if you use -lgpp), which
may require you include parts of *their* sources.
