I tried -- and failed.  One of the problems is the way clears the .bss
segment.  This has been fixed in versions later then beta3, but I haven't
tried it yet.  As much as I like debugging and rebuilding emacs, I have
real work (what my boss pays me) to do.
Has anyone else tried?
