I recompiled my port of RCS for DOS with the latest version of DJGPP and found that the long filename support is fixed. Yes, indeed, it was broken in the last build. There are no code changes to my port, but I did edit the README.TXT to reflect the new ability to use long filenames and thus eliminate the -x switch.
