Huh?  setdjgpp.bat is in my djdev112.zip.

Are you sure that setdjgpp.bat is nowhere on your machine?  You might 
have unzipped it wrong.

Each of the files should be unzipped in your main DJGPP directory with 
the -d flag so that the directory structures contained in each archive 
are preserved.
