A `Sed' script which should do most of the conversion was posted to the
DJGPP newsgroup. You can find it in the archives, at this URL:

(Btw, you could discover this yourself, like I did, by searching DJGPP
mail/newsgroup archives as explained in the FAQ, section 6.10.)
The differences between AT&T and Intel asm formats are explained in the
FAQ, section 17.1, which also points you to the full documentation of the
differences in GNU Assembler docs.
The latest version of the DJGPP FAQ list is available as faq102.zip from
the same place you get DJGPP.
