I ported RCS to DOS which is available in

  ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/el/elf/rcsdos

I have also ported CVS which goes beyond RCS in that it does project
oriented source control.  I am working on versions that support long
filenames.  When these are done, I'll post them.
