Hello all! =)

Welp, It look like I've finally gotten the bugs out of my serial
library!  It works error-free at 115200 locked baud with a 28.8k baud
connection, even with constant mode switches.  If you are interested
in this package, let me know and I will let you alpha test it.
I haven't given a thought to how I will release it, so for now
the alpha and beta tests will be in .a form only.  This is in
big part to the messy state of my code. ;)

This library will be for DJGPP version 2.  I've tested it with beta2
only so far.

I'd like to thank anyone who helped, knowingly or not, in this
little venture.
