i'd like to ask a few questions about DJGPP v2...

first, will old libs (.a) still work? i have some useful libs for which i 
don't have source so i can't rebuild them

second, how much machine will it need? (i.e. memory, hard disk, etc)

sorry for the extremely naive(?) questions -- i'm using DJGPP 1.12m4 and 
actually it more than serves my purposes.

what goodies does v2 have over the earlier ones?
