I am porting a large animation package (CQUEL.BYU) and I've got everything compiling ok, and down to the link stage. I am wondering how to handle or rewrite code that calls the X11 colormap functions: XFreeColormap XcreateColormap XallocColorCells XstoreColor Is there a clever way of bypasing these calls and use 24 bit truecolor to eliminate colormapping?
