This port needs DPMI services to run.  If you use QEMM, install QDPMI 
which comes with it.  If you have Windows installed, run Make in the DOS 
box under Windows.  Or get the free DPMI host called CWSDPMI (it's 
available from the same place you got that port of Make) and put 
CWSDPMI.EXE anywhere on your PATH; Make will load it automatically if it 
doesn't find another DPMI server at start-up.
