I'd like to thank everyone for responding to my previous request for help
finding a bug in my code...  I can't believe I forgot to zero the regs struct.

I was only having a problem in that one function because I left out the memset
I used in the previous functions to zero the stuct.  I must have missed it when
I went back over the code.   Stupid stupid stupid....
