The most common causes are no free disk space, tmp variable not set up
(ie GO32TMP or TMP), using QEMM memory manager. Of these the only reason
that I can think of that would cause the problem within Windows as well
is not having a Permanent Swap File (or temporary swap file) for windows.
Also check the dosprmpt.pif to make sure that you are allowing enough
memory. Usually this doesn't cause a problem, but it might in conjunction
with one of the dos problems.
