Subject:	DMAKE 3.88

I'm trying to build PDCurses on my machine.  The makefile is written for 
DMAKE 3.88.  I downloaded it, but it's apparently set up only for MSC, 
Turbo C, and some others, but not DJGPP.  Does anybody know where I can 
get information leading to a functional DMAKE 3.88?
