I'm not quite sure what a "DJGPP compatible" editor is supposed to be.
DJGPP compiles C, C++ and objective-c files, which are plain text, so any
editor can be used. If you mean an editor which can be compiled with djgpp,
try Jed from ftp://space.mit.edu/pub/davis/jed (if I remember rightly).
