I see that I have written an error in the information I gave. I'm using GCC 2.6.3 (and not GCC 2.6.8, that doesn't even exist to my knowledge.) By the way, I've seen that some other people have been coming up in this newsgroup with the same problem, and the simplistic answers they get are not sufficient (look at my example).
