What you installed is in fact DJGPP v1.12m4, so if there have not been
problems during install, all further questions are related to DJGPP, not to
EZ-GCC.
Unfortunately your mailbox reported an error (full!) when I tried to mail
you the README and some additional files. I'll try again now.

"Implicit declaration of..." is a warning which occurs if the function
declaration is missing. 
Usually you forgot to include a header-file.
(Well, that's the C answer. Maybe there is a difference with C++. Any C++
hackers out there ?)


BTW: Concearnig the future support of EZ-GCC, there is some progress but
it's not official yet.
I'll make an announcement to the list when and where we make it publicly
available.
