 Well, as I don't see my response yet despite pinging the site works
 as well as digging the email address does, I try to resent the reply.
 This time I enter the addresses manually and I'll Cc the other way
 'round.

 A TCPLib named watcp may be obtained via ftp to 

   www.delorie.com/pub/djgpp/contrib
   get ~/tcplib.zip
 
   Be sure to supply the right libs when linking (see djgpp's FAQ).
   otherwise you'll get undefined references.
   As far as my memory serves me right you especially will need
   to link in LibPC -lpc.
   Try it.

 Watcp is derived from the original waterloo's implementation of a
 TCP Lib, WatTcp.

 Have you yet looked up DJ's nifty home page ?
