I think there are these kinds of things:
* Stuff we write as part of the "core", libc, stub, debuggers, etc.
* Ports of gnu software - gcc, libg++, binutils, bison, emacs, etc.
* Other libraries and development kits provided by other people.
* programs written with djgpp that are development tools (p2c?)
* programs written with djgpp that aren't used to develop code (apps).
The last category doesn't belong in the djgpp area, but the rest
either do or might.
