You either didn't install go32 at all or have an old go32 somewhere on 
your PATH which is found by DOS before the one that's 1.12m3.  To get the 
latest go32, get and install the file djeoe112.zip, then unzip all the 
files dj112mX.zip (where X is a single digit), and install them IN 
SEQUENCE.  The DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq102.zip) explains how to 
install maintenance releases in some more detail.  If you already have 
djeoe112.zip and maintenance releases installed, just hunt down that old 
go32.exe and move it out of your way.
