It is done already by DJ's server.  It periodically and automagically 
posts a mini-FAQ which lists all the latest files which constitute DJGPP, 
together with their versions.  The last such mini-FAQ was posted just 
this very morning (GMT).  If you think that its wording should be 
changed, or that some piece of information is missing there, please tell 
DJ.
