  It's posts like this that make me think we should actually post the
ENTIRE FAQ to this newsgroup, at least monthly if not bi-monthly.
People find this newsgroup without knowing a) What DJGPP is; b) Where
to get it; c) What DJGPP can (and cannot) do.
  John, in answer to one of your questions, you can get DJGPP (along
with an FAQ) at you nearest SimTel mirror, for example:
  oak.oakland.edu/SimTel/vendors/djgpp/
There are a few readme's there that you should read that will advise
you as to which files are required, which are optional, etc.
