The reason why I make the above statement is because djgpp is missing
one very important thing for beginniners - a Guide.

Were someone to write "Getting Started With DJGPP" and/or "How To
Learn C With DJGPP" then I'd feel comfortable not making that
statement.

Yes, I *know* that going ten years without a user's guide is a Bad Thing..
