ftp.idsoftware.com holds v2.0 *beta* distribution.  The beta release 
doesn't include any docs which hasn't change from 1.12maint4, so you 
should use the docs files (*dc.zip) from your nearest SimTel mirror, in 
the vendors/djgpp directory.
