From the DJGPP FAQ list (available as faq102.zip from the same place you 
get DJGPP), section 10.2:

10.2  Q: But I've heard that v2.0 will be released REAL SOON NOW!  Surely,
         guys, you must have some kind of beta version for DPMI-compatible
         GRX?
      A: If you want a beta version of GRX 2.0, write to Csaba Biegl
         <csabe AT vuse DOT vanderbilt DOT edu> (GRX author and maintainer) and ask
         him.
