Subject:	v2.0 dpmi howto

djgpp v2.0 requires some sort of dpmi memory manager.  I have no experience
with dpmi.  In the faq I got with v1.12 there is mention of a dpmi server
that comes with v2.0. (section 21).  I can't find it.  (or any faq for that
matter).

I've got all the binaries for djgpp v2.0, but have not obtained any of
the source files.  Do I need the sources for any other reason than to 
modify djgpp ??????

If the dpmi server is not available yet in the v2.0 beta distribution, can
some one advise me on a good PUBLIC DOMAIN dpmi server and where I can
ftp it from.
