to do so as DJ requested in his announcement:

	Report bugs through http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/beta/

	If you do not have web access, mail bug reports to
	djgpp-v2-bugs AT delorie DOT com, where someone will manually enter them into
	the web-based bug tracking system.

As you see, DJ have setup a bug-tracking system, so that no bug reports
go unnoticed.  To make this task easier, please use the Web-based forms
if you can, or djgpp-v2-bugs list if you can't.
