I'm searching for a way to execute an DJGPP or EMX program within a windows 3.1 environment but without a DOS box nor another visible window. I suceeded in doing this using the rsxwin3 package, but doing so, everytime the program is run, a window pops up. My question is: =============== Is there any way to run djgpp/emx programs within a Windows environment without any visible effect (or at least an icon would be tolerable) on the screen ? The program of course doesn't interact with stdin nor stdout. Are other packages / source code pieces easier to use to do so ? Any other suggestions / pointers welcome ! Thank's in advance Ralf -- Ralf Ackermann rac AT informatik DOT tu-chemnitz DOT de --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chemnitz University of Technology Computer Science Institute 09009 Chemnitz Germany phone +49-371-531-1532 fax +49-371-531-1628 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
