The on-line help doesn't work. The dir .txi file lists a bunch of files 
in directories that I don't have (the directories or the files).

 I can't figure out how to set up the include path and the object path.  
It looks like they are in djgpp.env, but they don't seem to work.  I saw 
someone write a message mentioning compiling the .tex files. How?
Why aren't they compiled already?

I would really appreciate some simple, helpful instructions.  Please 
don't tell me to read the readmes and faqs and install it as they said, 
again, being very careful to get it right.  That is what I am going to do 
if I can't get more specific advice.  And please don't tell me to fuck 
myself.  It might seem like I get flamed a lot.  I don't, I just like to 
try to avoid it when I ask lame questions.
