Hi,

 I got Emacs 19.24 for MSDOS (MSDOG as some would call it) and to my
great disappointment all I got was text version with no toolbar and none
of the great features on unix (like the c syntax highlighting). Is there
a remedy? Is there a better version? Where did I go wrong?
