Try using VESA_S3.GRN or STEALTH.GRN. These are included in the LIBGRX 
distribution package. These drivers are written for S3 accelerator 
boards. I have used them succesfully on Diamond Stealth. They most likely 
will work on your S3 accelerator board, although I can't guarantee it :-)
