EMX and gcc/2 are ports of gcc to OS/2. EMX and DJGPP provide similar benefits when porting unix software to dos and os/2, but there are differences. There is no agreement on which is better; it depends on what you want to do with them. EMX produces OS/2 programs, and I think it can produce DOS programs. DJGPP only produces dos programs, but they run in OS/2 dos windoes. EMX can do GUI programs, djgpp can not.
