I have replaced  (with the help of DJ :) ) genclass.zip.  This is a
port of genclass.sh -- a utility to create template files from
container-class prototypes. I also made two minor changes to allow the
file to be compiled without errors using the djgpp port.  

    * Changed String.h to _String.h within genclass.cc
    * Changed -lg++ to -lgpp within the makefile
