You can find libgrx etc. for example at 

  Technische Universitaet Muenchen 
      (eMail: ftp-mailer AT informatik DOT tu-muenchen DOT de) in directory
      /pub/comp/platforms/ps/msdos/gnu/djgpp

  Universitaet Stuttgart 
     (eMail: ftpmail AT ftp DOT uni-stuttgart DOT de) in directory
     /pub/systems/pc/lang/c/djgpp   (as far as I remember)

If you don't know how to use these ftp-mailers just send 'HELP' in an 
eMail-body to the mailer.
