Hello,

 I was wondering if anyone has converted the timer program in
 "Zen of Code Optimization" by Michael Abrash (great book!)
 to work with DJGPP.  Not difficult but asking is easier...

 I had a hunt around but could find no sign of hrtimer.c as mentioned
 by Pieter Kunst (kunst AT prl DOT philips DOT nl) some time ago.  He wrote:
