Subject:	DJGPP make & docs

I have 'installed' the djgpp package per the instructions/FAQ information.  The 
compiler works OK, for simple/test programs, however I cannot seem to utilize 
(or even find) the make facility.  I would appreciate a pointer (or several) in 
getting started on this, as I have a LOT of work to do in learning C++ (as well 
as 'C'.

Seperatly, I have been able to access the 'help' facility - however MOST of teh 
topics listed in the top level menu are not available.  Again, I have read the 
installation guide & FAQ and (I believe) followed the instructions correctly - 
but have achieved only limited sucess.
