This isn't quite right. There are four zip files, 3 for gnat and 1 for
djgpp. The latter is only neccessary if you don't already have the full
djgpp installed. There is some overlap, i.e. there are some files in the
3 gnat zip files that replace their djgpp equivalents in the full djgpp
installation. An ad hoc approach could cause the installer to miss these
files. So if you already have djgpp installed, be sure to get all the
files in the gnat zip files copied over.
