You haven't install the maintenance releases (dj112mN.zip, where
N is a single digit).  You should install them in sequence one
after the other.  For details, get the file faq100.zip and read
Section 3.6 in the DJGPP FAQ list included there.  faq100.zip
should be available from the same place you've got DJGPP.
