Subject:	"cmp" gives false positives!

The file comparison program "cmp" from "dif26bn.zip" gives false
positives, at least on my system.  It prints no message, and exits with
a successful exit code, when comparing any two random (and non-identical)
files.  I am running version 112m4 of the DJGPP package.

Until this gets fixed ... don't trust cmp!
