Dear all

I have recently encountered a problem using the GRX 1.03 libraries such that
upon a GrSetMode(GR_Default_graphics) call, I get the message 

	Internal error: invalid driver called

I am running the latest release of GO32 (maint3).  This never happened with
the old version.
