Peter I found two bugs that make djgpp's info.exe
program useless for speech synthesizer users.
The first is it parks the system cursor on line 25 column 1
and uses its own cursor.
The second is when you hit an arrow key the whole screen
scrolls and you don't hear the line the cursor landed on.
I'm still having fun linking in info files into the dir file.
Only work around for this is for speech synthesizer users at this time to
use demacs info feature to read all info files.
