Both. Here is an exerpt from the Slackware MIRRORS.TXT file:

Those sites also carry LOTS of docs. You could also try
> sunsite.unc.edu: /pub/Linux/
or (my favorite) epona.physics.ucg.ie


Have fun LINUXing (but be carefull installing; be sure to read all the 
docs, espically any relavent HOWTO- files).
